Is The Site Safe

Yes, the site is safe. Your credit card information is processed through a secure server and you have an option to purchase through Amazon Pay and PayPal if you choose.

Can I Change Or Cancel My Order

Due to the customized nature of the products you have ordered, no modifications or cancellations can be accepted after an order has been submitted. 

If you receive your new purchase and for some reason you're not in love with it, drop me a line and let’s figure out how to get something that will make your heart sing.

How Long Until My Order Is Shipped

Each piece designed is print to order, this means when you place an order it's  exclusively printed just for you ( no warehouse full of goods ) Please allow 3 days for printing and up to 7 -10 business days to receive. All good things come to those who wait.

What If The Shipping Address Is Incorrect

If the shipping address is incorrect, please contact jodi@jodidoughty.com immediately with the following:

1. Order Number
2. Email address order was placed with
3. Correct shipping address

What If my Purchase is damaged

Jodi Doughty Designs offers a 100 % print guarantee. In the event your product is damaged or defective please submit a “Return Request” to  jodi@jodidoughty.com within 14 days of receipt. Please include images of the damage

Securely pack the merchandise, making sure to include the packing slip or order confirmation. Please try to use the original shipping box and materials if possible.

Mail your return package at the location provided by Jodi Doughty Designs from any postal carrier of your choice.
