Damaged & Defective Returns
Jodi Doughty Designs offers a 100 % print guarantee. In the event your product is damaged or defective please submit a “Return Request” to jodi@jodidoughty.com within 14 days of receipt. Please upload and include images of the damaged merchandise. Once your email has been received I will give you further instructions on where to send the damaged merchandise.
Securely pack the merchandise, making sure to include the packing slip or order confirmation. Please try to use the original shipping box and materials if possible.
Mail your return package at the location provided by Jodi Doughty Designs from any postal carrier of your choice.
